This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most exciting companies in the defence space. We are seeking an early to mid-career stage Events & Marketing Coordinator to assist the team in getting the most out of in-person events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defence event coordination – Ensure that our team’s event attendance and in-person product demonstrations are fully coordinated, resourced, and supported.
- Calendar management
- Managing stand staffing
- Planning meetings with clients
- Coordinating presentation materials
- Liaising with stand build team and suppliers to ensure the company’s vision is delivered.
- Travel planning & arranging any access permission required
- Manning the stand & ultimately learning how to demo the products
- Social Media Management: Curate and post professional standard content across social platforms to maintain engagement and highlight product releases & updates.
- Coordinating marketing materials
- Managing inventory of marketing materials to support events
- Researching & planning new marketing materials
- Skills & Experience
- A junior candidate would have up to 2 years experience in a similar field and an experienced candidate would have 2-5+ years experience in event coordination.
- Interested in, and enthusiastic about, the defence sector; especially modelling, simulation, & wargaming.
- Willing, and enthusiastic, to develop at least a basic proficiency in the use of our defence software products.
- Consistent willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Organised.
- Able to take the initiative, take ownership, and actively coordinate with the rest of the team, while being receptive to guidance.
- Good oral and written communicator
- Outgoing and willing to talk with anyone
- Basic proficiency (or at least familiarity) with digital marketing asset creation (art, video, etc)
- Positive energy
- Driver’s License

- Full-time, ideally based in our South-West London(Epsom) office, but remote work is possible provided the candidate is able to travel to the office whenever required.

- Competitive salary based on experience
- Junior: £30,000 - £35,000
- Experienced £35,000 - £45,000
